Mweb- source of frustration

When in works the wifi is fair. The problem is that when it doesn't work they are completely incapable of fixing things in a time period that is acceptable. queries logged online are attended to days later. hours spent on hold only to be put through to someone who cannot help who then puts you on hold again, then the call cuts out and your forced to go through the whole process again. Their call center agents are working from home (according to the last lady I spoke to) so they can't efficiently get you information you need or help without transferring you to someone else. 2 month of problems and still not sorted.
