Mweb sould be Nweb ( No web)

Since I've signed up with Mweb, I've hardly had a service and I've kept paying... Today I've cancelled my subscription and they've debited me 2 x the amount due... Phone calls does not get answered, emails is getting ignored, how to proceed?
