Mweb snailmail fax and email service

My fax to Email service I receive from Mweb is so slow that some faxes are delivered 24 hours after having been sent to me. Now this has crept into the Email service as well with some Emails arriving hours after having been sent.

Obviously I reported the problem to their technical department but after almost a week now this has not been resolved.
