Mweb slow response

I contacted mweb about a couple of weeks ago for uncapped wifi, first they told me i can get the 8mbps line so i waited patiently for their response to get everything going. Time went by without any feedback so I contacted them again just to be told that they conveniently forgot to phone me back to tell me i can only get a 4 mbps line i said it's not a problem they should go ahead and with the order with the 4 mbps line that afternoon i got a message saying that my order have been cancelled. Again i phoned them the next day to find out what was going on while i was on the phone the lady told me i can drop the line she will contact me back it won't even take a second so i waited AGAIN. Finally phoned back and was told for the 3rd time to wait 2 weeks for the order to be processed after they said that my line will be working by the end of the month so now I cancelled other subscriptions that i would not need when my wifi is active and it seems that my wifi will only be running by the end of next month??? Its truly disappointing for such a big company to give so poor service you should be ashamed mweb. I made the decision to rather find another company who wants to do business with me the good and proper way if mweb doesn't catch a wake up by the end of next week.
