Mweb Slow LTE speeds
The last month my LTE speeds has dropped drastically. I went as far as buying an external antenna, however the speeds are still poor. Downloads of 4mb on average and Uploads of 200kb on average. This is ridiculous as I cannot stream or game properly . I pay so much for a broken service. Resetting and removing sim card has not helped. Mweb promised no congestion on the RAIN network. I would like this resolved please .
