Mweb slow line speed and horrible service

Mweb fibre is extremely slow. My line drops about 4 or 5 times per day. Working from home under these conditions is impossible and embarrassing. I pay so much for the service and all I get in return are speeds below 1MBps. What the hell? When you call their customer care line, you are caller no. 15 and it wastes your airtime. When you become caller no. 2 after 15 to 20 mins of waiting, the line drops.

This is unbelievably frustrating. I have to connect to meetings and do work remotely and I look like an idiot everytime.

Fix your service Mweb. You will lose your customers this way. I am regretting going with Mweb as an ISP.
