Mweb- Slow and poor service. Incompent

I have had no wifi for 3 and a half weeks, I call everyday and listen to a robot, when I get through to a human eventually, nobody seems to know their job and how to sort my issue out, they keep blaming openserve, I contacted openserve and they confirm all is fine on their side. Mweb originally disconnected the right account and reconnected the wrong account, gave the ioenserve technician the incorrect address after I updated the right address on their website and over the phone with the agent. I have spent R2000 on data as I cannot even work, revieve messages or emails with no wifi. Their service is shocking.
