Mweb slow and can't get ahold of support

I'm not even sure where to try, but I've been trying to get ahold of Mweb who has already wasted 50 bucks of airtime, my internet speed is slow. But I cannot get ahold of them to get it sorted. On hold for 40 minutes as I connect phone dies, log a ticket on their website nothing. The IVR for technical support is useless, as well
