Mweb Silent on mails server problems
A recent server upgrade by MWeb has left outgoing mail servers, SMTP-servers, unable to send e-mail on certain Apple devices. Technical Staff at iStore have been informed by MWeb that they are unable to solve the problem at present. Despite the nationwide problem affecting scores of users there has been no apology or even acknowledgement from MWeb. It is near impossible to get through to their call centres but more telling is that their operators pretend to know nothing of this national server failure.
