Mweb should not be an option for people looking for ISP.

30% of the month we receive what we pay for, 70% we will be lucky to get half of that. Mweb passes the buck. I do not recommend. We pay for a 4mbps line. Today I will be lucky to get 1mbps, this is based on my experience with ISP Mweb.
