MWEB SHOULD HAVE MORE INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS AND NOT HAVE UNDERHANDED DEALINGS

My application for fibre from Mweb in December has still not been done, numerous calls failed to get any feedback regarding date of installation. after months I decided to cancel weeks later they have still not cancelled my application so that means I cannot go to any other company until MWEB cancel my application. I spent hundreds of Rands on calls to this company, they are despicable to hold on to prospective customers even though they do not want to deal with them because of their empty promises.
