Mweb should be part of the government coz they are just as useless

I’ve been absolutely pathetic service from Mweb and you can never speak to a consultant!! The automated answering service is useless and there is no option to speak to a consultant, you can only request a call back and then never get a call back. I’ve requested 2 call backs already and nothing!!! And when you send through information requested to update your order it doesn’t get done and sent through to the fibre provider…I’ve placed my order on the 10th December already and I am still waiting…absolutely pathetic service, I would rather spend an extra couple of rands and use another service provider…I am done with Mweb!!
