Mweb should be NO Web-NO Internet service

Since the 7th of March 2023 we have had no internet connection in our area... yet we are paying for inter service...we have logged multiple requests to get it resolved.

On Thursday the 9th of March they sent us a bogus message 😪 to say it is resolved but it wasn't. Please help us this is in Pretoria North, Chantelle area
