MWEB should be ashamed...

I am so disappointed in this service provider. I have this account for many years now and have never received such utter bad service from them. We have been having problems with our email now for over 2 weeks and it just isn't getting sorted out. The staff are rude and drops calls in your ear, everybody gives you different stories the whole time. There is no consistency from one to the other, they keep on saying we have to fill in forms and send back, but when you call after how long you are told they didn't receive the forms, utter lies....They don't try to help as the bill is paid so why must they worry. We keep on getting pop.3 error messages so it is only on their side. We went on the internet and saw many complaints about MWEB and their service. I will not recommend this service to anybody. I will not be paying my bill until this is sorted, how can you pay for a service when it is not working???? Think twice before making use of this provider.
