MWeb shockingly bad delivery of service - activation delays unacceptable!

Mweb, why does it really take so long to activate my fibre connection? Shocking delivery of service. Vumatel connection happened the day after my order was placed 3 June 2020 with Mweb, but I am still awaiting activation 24 June 2020. Additionally - Your marketing & advertising daily on TV is misleading as the deal is for Telkom / Opensource only.
