Mweb shocking service - think twice when considering a service provider they impossible to get hold of
Exceptionally poor communication channels. Live chat, email addresses including some of the published numbers on their website do not work. You forced to call the call centre, who transfer you from pillar to post with no resolution. I have struggled for 2 weeks to get my internet connection, for which I may added is still being billed.

13 Aug 2025, 12:02Today I have called to cancel my subscription, I have been transferred to 7 agents. Not one was willing to cancel my subscription. They either cut the call or say someone will cal me to cancel.
Be very careful of taking a subscription, they will debit you with no service given and on top of it refuse to cancel your subscription.
I have never dealt with a more *********** company in my life! The staff are arrogant and just cut your call or put you on hold until your air time runs out.
