Mweb - shocking service provider/lack thereof

We have had the most shocking an unhelpful service from Mweb, all we have asked for is a fibre contract, and 2-3 weeks later we still have nothing after many hours spent just trying to get through to the Mweb helpline - let’s just say help is not the correct term. A different story from every phone call. We have used mweb services for many years and since they have signed up with openserve, oh my ……! How does a business operate without actually providing a service, do we get to claim back all the data we have had to buy due to non service supply from mweb?
