Mweb shocking service

So Mweb told me they going to upgrade my 50mb line to a 100mb speed. First of all I didn't say I want to upgrade because it's more money wich I don't have. Then I tried phoning mweb regarding the matter and I can't get hold of them. Really bad service I'll be looking at other ISP's this is absolutely ridiculous.
