Mweb - Shocking Service

I have been a client for almost 10 years and never once in my life have I ever struggled with a company to simply have my line moved from one address to another address. I have had Mweb drop the phone on in my ear more times than I’d like to admit and I’m no where near having my problem resolved. I do not want another line, I simply want my line moved and seeing everyone keeps putting the phone down in my ear and not getting back to me after numerous emails like Shafeequa I’m going to simply complain here. I’m now sitting in my new house with no WiFi and by the sounds of it NOT getting it any time soon. This is highly unprofessional and not what I expect being a loyal client of yours.
