MWeb shocking service

Mweb has the worst service ever, my wifi went down on Tusday the 9th and despite numerous phone calls to Mweb and Evotel, nobody has sorted me out. If you phone mweb, you fall into a que and you wait for at least 45 minutes. On two of the many accasions I managed to get through, just for the call to be dropped in minutes and no-one even attempting to call you back. On Thursday last week IO insisted on speaking to a manager. Who miraculously phoned me back and promissed to get back to me, yet never did and nothing happened. I honestly don't know what to do any more.
