Mweb - Shocking Service!

Mweb advised in December that they were upgrading their email system to provide better service. They also advised that I needed to do nothing at all. Today my email stopped working and I have spent a total of 1hr and 40 minutes holding on to either the telephone or the chat Bot for a technician. I am furious and this is the final straw - they are utterly useless.
