MWeb Shocking customer service

the customer care service is shocking, i have been sitting with no internet for 5 days, you cant reach them over the phone, i have logged queries with them and i have not had any feedback at all from them. i know a few people who are with MWeb and they are also experiencing the same issues. this is extremely disappointing.
