MWEB shocking client support - useless !

After applying for internet at home with MWeb I had to call them to submit their”B number” - their client call center is useless - 127min before someone picked up my call - frustrating - I am currently looking for an internet provider and alternative and once I have a new connection I’m terminating this contract with MWeb - even after emailing MWeb management they don’t even bother with a reply …
