Mweb - Shocking client service

I am appalled at the after sales service from Mweb. I signed up with them and the sales pitch went well and I was signed up. The after sales support is shocking. Non existent actually. You phone the call centre and after holding on for a long time it says "sorry we cannottake your call now, please try later :/. I was supposedly activated on the 21st of August and have been trying since then to gethelp to see why I can't access the internet. I have also done numerous query tickets and not 1 single response. Finally got through to an agent today after numerous attempts and she couldn't help me. Told me her supervisor would call, I am still waiting. I would like to cancel with them and it has only been 5 days.
