MWEB - SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

Spent 2 hours on hold waiting for technical staff on Friday only to be cut off the moment I got to first in line. Try again today and have been waiting for another 1.5 hrs and I've been first in line for the last hour. The level of service is shocking. All I am trying to do is add a new user, and delete a user who has left. I'm seriously going to find a new provider
