MWEB shocking after sale service

I am not even sure at this point if a review even warrants a rating of 1. We have used MWEB vor many years but in the last 4 months there service has drastically declined. Calling their call centre is a nightmare and you hang on for over 30 minutes at a time. There are no responses to endless emails nor queries via the account portal. When you do lodge a query you get shunted back to the call centre who never answers. Their service is non existant to say the least.
