MWEB SHOCKING!

One of my email addresses is suddenly not available on my POP3 account! I am unable to call them to rectify the problem. None of the telephone numbers are "not available right now" I went to the chat on their website, only to find I'm communicating with a computer who has sent me an email with a PIN....mmmm my email is NOT working!!!!

More than a year ago I asked MWEB to activate my FREE WEBSITE IN MY SERVICES. i was informed that somebody will call me back.....I'm still waiting! Really MWEB, should I cancel my 30 years of contract with you? I'm very disappointed. Get your act together, you're not a one man business.
