MWEB- SHOCKING!!!!!

I have tried to cancel my monthly internet service with Mweb as I have moved out of the premises in January, I cannot get this right as it won't allow me to cancel online and says I need to call the call center who do not answer the calls. This morning I gave up after 36 minutes??? If you go to the website they have all sorts of upgrades available however if you try cancel there only the above mentioned options which don't work. They should at least have an email address to contact them, they don't! Further to this, the person who signed up for this service is NOT authorised to use the companies' bank account for these services and MWEB allowed this transaction without any documentation by the owner of the company, how is this allowed???? I would NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
