I have been without internet for 3 weeks now due to your call center's agents incompetence. I have called multiple times and each time I get told a different issue an an even longer turnaround time. This morning, 04/03/2024, I spent hours trying to get through and when I eventually do get through I get told I need to speak to sales who do not even bother with responding to my calls. What kind of sales department is that? You'd think that because they are responsible for generating revenue for the company, they'd answer calls directed to them speedily.
