Mweb - shameful service.

If I could I would give this 'service' company a minus star. Their service is shocking and very user unfriendly. There is no Cancellation telephone number and despite repeated attempts to contact someone at Mweb I draw a blank with either the number not available or being number ** in the queue.

I therefore posted my letter of cancellation on Facebook and received 44 views. Of course, no response from Mweb.

I eventually managed to speak to someone in the Cancellation Department via the Billing Department. Because they had not received the calendar month's termination I have been faced with an extra month's debit taken out of my bank account.

Disgusting and shameful service all round.
