MWeb shafts existing customers with 12,5% increase

How do i get someone at MWEB accounts to phone me?

Ive been on hold for how long, listening to your stupid music...

so, 10meg fibre uncapped (10meg down and 2meg up), advertised for R399..

And you drop me an email, raising it to R449..

Thats a 12.5% increase..... StatsSA has inflation st 4%...

4% on R399 is R16... not R50..

So, new clients are paying R399 and i have to pay R449 as an existing client?

Phone me back, or ill just cancel MWeb and go to your competition...and the competition is R399 for 10meg down and 5meg up..
