MWEB Services - Non Excisted

This service provider, has no service on there website that actually works. When you are on there chats, you do not get the OTP pins send via sms, so that you can continue your chat. There service over all means nothing, first of all they keep transferring from one person to the next after 30 minutes there is still no joy, or any problem solved, it is a absolute waste of money to phone them, to try and sort any problems. There services when you need to activate a internet connection, is none. I am trying now since last week Monday it is Tuesday and I am still not connected. If you send e-mails you get no response, the only responses you get, is the automatic responses. I am so frustrated with them, I am going to cancel my stuff with them.
