MWEB services delayed
NO INTERNET SERVICES REF no : 33690 I have bee without internet since 22 November 2018, yet MWEB had no problem deducting the fee from my account. Please get the matter resolved between yourselves and SADV and the contractors. STOP providing excuses.... and START finding solutions.

"Dear Brackendowns Residents
Following our last update we would like to share some new information that came to light.
We were aiming to get phase 1 live by Thursday 06 Dec, Phase 2 by Monday 10 Dec and Phase 3 by Wednesday 12 Dec, but after final testing we picked up that we have more work that needs to be done in the area.
After all work done on re-splicing, re-patching, re-labeling and re-drawing of cables from the SDC to the manholes, we also have to attend to all distribution cables. These are the cables between the manhole and your home.
Due to the above mentioned we are herewith advising that we will be moving the go live date on phase 1,2 and 3 up with 2-3 days till further notice.
As per our previous notification, phase 5,6 and 7 maintenance is still under way.
Your patience in this regard is highly appreciated. "
