Mweb services

I ordered LTE router at Mweb they said they will deliver on the 14 th of July I canceled my plans and waited for the driver no one came me or contacted me. But money is being deducted on my account even getting emails about being in arrears. Logged a query no one calls me back . No agent is ever available when I call. I'm ****ed off and want nothing to do with them
