Mweb services

Poor service... After installation was done 4days ago after also waiting for 3 weeks to do the installation. Mweb said that the connection will be activated after 48 working hours... Nothing has been activated as yet. When I try and phone the sales department they always put me on hold for more than 30 minutes and then the call disconnects. Please come and take your ****, I don't want it any more.
