Mweb service unacceptable !

Mweb just increased the monthly cost from R550 to R669 in a matter of a few months. They never answer their phones and when you log a query on the app you also dont get any feedback.I want to cancel my contract and go to a cheaper provider but you can't seem to get hold of anyone to help you from Mweb.I think this is unacceptable Mweb!
