MWEB SERVICE SUCKS - Why can't you help me?!

We have been trying to get connected so that my husband can work and earn his income since early August. Constant phoning between Mweb and @Vuma, each blaming the other, nobody being able to notice the problem and why we can't get connected. Now we get told it could take another three weeks. This is pathetic, really. It is causing so much stress in my household and I cannot think that this company has gone downhill so badly!?! WHO MUST I BEG ON MY KNEES TO HELP ME?!?!?!?!?
