Mweb service sucks order x***5

Logged a move request moved to an apartment where fibre is already installed first they tell me they cant find my address so i send a proof of adress now order is logged and wil only be completed on the 17 im waiting from the 28th of December till now still no reaction or internet and they are still taking the payment with no hastle
