Mweb service SUCK

If i could give them zero stars I would have Waiting 30 minutes on line for technical support is appauling. Just to be cut off, and no one will bother phoning you back! to start with the level of service I am paying for is another story! 250mbps line and getting on average between 20/50 mbps is apparently acceptable to them :( They give you the ****PIEST ruiter and sell you this "worldclass" service and expect you to "rave" about them. Typical SA mentality! Busy shopping for another service provider (if it exist out there)
