MWEB SERVICE SHOCKING AND NON-EXISTANT

Requested a move of the Fiber beginning October when we moved house, it is now end of December and no matter what I do, who I speak to, no answers or activation of installation. Mweb clearly does not need the business so I will be taking mine elsewhere. Not sure the staff working remotely is working out they are clearly not working or care. I have been with Mweb for 20 years its time to move on, get your act together guys your service is non-existant and no one buys your automated message "Our lines are off the hook, so busy" more like "our lines are just off the hook unavailable" I wish there was no stars they don't even deserve one.
