I am a first time subscriber and I am definitely not happy.... I mad my payment 7 days ago and till now there has been no communication about when my installation and activation will be. I have called them for over 20 times in the past 3 days and they keep telling me that they they are speeding the process. I am tired of calling and it doesn't make sense to me for them to debit money for internet I can't use
