Mweb Service Pathetic

Even one star is too much for the pathetic non-existent service from Mweb. Apart from prompt delivery of the router, three weeks later and nothing. No arrangements for the connection, nothing! Contacting the help centre is impossible, and I refuse to stay on the line for 20 minutes or longer again, listening to the horrible music, but never getting to speak to someone, at my own cost, by the way. Impossible to contact them via email, even the accounts department emails that I sent to date get blocked (Non delivery). The website is equally useless, struggling to log on, after numerous attempts and requests for an sms with a once off log on pin, sms never arrives. All I I want is for them to come and fetch their (still unopened/unused/ still sealed in the box) router and cancel my order, but even that seems impossible. Hopefully they will receive my message now.
