Mweb service pathetic!!!

I have app**** to MWeb for a fibre connection on November 23, during which there was no hassle to sign me up.

Today is December 15 and I still have no active after reaching the point of pesting the call centre agents to try and expedite a process that has taken ridiculously long.

Mweb keeps on telling me to wait and let the process run its course, but in the same breath it is only supposed to take 5-7 days.

I have even called frogfoot myself, still no action!

I have reached the point where I am so sick and tired and frustrated that this fibre connection is not active!!

This is my livelihood and my source of income!!
