MWEB service on Vumatel line is bad

we dont have internet for 2 weeks. the fist week i ddnt log a call because of the maintanace notice . this week I logged a call and i was told about 6 working days and I ma a business. So i spent more that the company monthly subscription gee to get data for the company but I will still pay full amount. the cherry on top is that the Vumatel team is on our street talking about restoring the internet by 5pm. the story that was told last week .
