MWEB SERVICE LINES

I had cancelled a product within 48 hours after purchasing it. This happened due to a client having affordability crisis. I immediately cancelled my hosting plan and domain name of the client....I am given a response via email from MWEB stating cancellation has been successfully submitted and should I want to change my mind I can......contact! .....I’m receiving bills for services and I can’t get through to any of their numbers via telephone to validate cancellation or query what the fudge is going on with this product that was cancelled..MWEB HAVE SPOILED MY DAY....unbelievable *****ed and unapproachable.
