MWEB service is the worst

I received my router from Mweb over a week ago , I must say it has been the most unpleasant experience , I have been disconnected over 10 times , each time with a different issue , I haven't moved the router but amongst other excuses was that I moved . I have had LTE from Afrihost and I must say the experience was not such a nightmare . If one is not struggling to get through to agents the agents a terminating calls o you .
