Mweb service is the just slow

First time user at Mweb and their pay point system is not working. I cant call or get email support. First day and i am without internet I called using my phone and this took sll my airtime, to verify my details and phone call got cut. I did not know Mweb does not have a whatsapp helpline like Afrihost or an easy and quick interactive pay portal. I have manually paid my new account. Please unlock my account as I want to have the internet connection as soon as possible please. I have had a very unpleasant experience with MWEB and not happy with the service as a first time account user
