MWEB service is so poor you cannot rate it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

MWEB has to no doubt be the Sh*ttest service provider in the i have ever encountered the , customer service if I could I would give a negative score, my line has been down for 2 days I have called in almost 20 times, and have held on nothing less than 35 mins a time, the line drops the technicians DO NOT BOTHER to call back, they rude, arrogant all give the same answer "Im Sorry but do nothing" about restoring the line, They refuse to give management names there is no email address to complain. Suggest to all change service providers.
