MWEB Service is shocking

I have been trying to get hold of mweb for a week and no response, I email them and no response. My order has been delayed for a week and no explanation, I am getting so tired of this. I have wasted so much airtime waiting. Pathetic service. I got hold of someone today and he just put down on me. Worst ISP ever.
