Mweb service is Shocking!!

Service is shocking at Mweb!!!After 16calls..yes 16 calls ,wasting several hours waiting for them to answer and being promised yesterday that they would get a specialist to call me(they do NOT call the customer..1decent guy made a plan to call me)!!!!!I have shocking speed..should be around 50..mine fluctuates from0.15 to 5.5!!!!!!!Only once,when I did a speed test was it in the 40's,but as I move around it dips right down!I have not got the time to continue trying to get hold of them(every time they cannot hear me,so put the phone down!!)I intend changing to another company who may be more easily contactable in jhb...Mweb is in Cape Town..that doesn't help me....
